Modern Community Management was born from a simple but powerful realization : Small HOAs Matter.
Our Founder and Principal Manny Singh, spent years working at a large HOA management firm, where he saw firsthand how smaller homeowner associations, those with just 2 to 50 units, were consistently overlooked. Their unique needs were often ignored, their budgets stretched thin, and their voices drowned out by larger accounts that were simply more profitable for big companies.
Manny sensed there was a better way.
He believed that every community deserves personalized, responsive, and affordable management – regardless of size. So, he took a bold step: he left the corporate world and started a company built specifically to serve the small HOAs that others neglected.
